Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates for agent roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate weekly applicant metrics.
  • Conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and keep the Senior Partner informed on recruitment status.
  • Foster strong relationships with recruitment partners and oversee recruitment tools.
  • Organize and engage in career fairs and recruitment initiatives.
  • Utilize databases to find resumes and reach out to potential candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes, including licensing, contract preparation, and training schedules.
  • Manage professional social media channels.
  • Engage in regular team meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to surpass goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
  • Adept at interacting with diverse personalities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in various software applications.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Positive and flexible mindset.
  • Exceptional telephone manners and customer service skills.
