Bilingual Office Coordinator
Join a dynamic team at TPI Staffing, Inc, where we are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Bilingual Office Coordinator. This position is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing comprehensive support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounts Payable, Human Resources, and Accounts Receivable departments with administrative tasks.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, taking accurate messages, and welcoming visitors.
- Perform various clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, and organizing documents.
- Cross-train in multiple departments to provide backup support as necessary.
- Efficiently enter data and maintain precise records.
- Order and replenish office and breakroom supplies, ensuring these areas are well-stocked and organized.
- Execute any additional tasks required to support daily office functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe.
