Bilingual Office Coordinator

Join a dynamic team at TPI Staffing, Inc, where we are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Bilingual Office Coordinator. This position is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing comprehensive support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounts Payable, Human Resources, and Accounts Receivable departments with administrative tasks.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, taking accurate messages, and welcoming visitors.
  • Perform various clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, and organizing documents.
  • Cross-train in multiple departments to provide backup support as necessary.
  • Efficiently enter data and maintain precise records.
  • Order and replenish office and breakroom supplies, ensuring these areas are well-stocked and organized.
  • Execute any additional tasks required to support daily office functions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe.
