Job Overview:
The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and evaluating potential candidates for various roles within the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with the HR Director to comprehend the requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications needed for open positions.
2. Analyzes data and records to pinpoint and select suitable candidates for available roles.
3. Evaluates candidates, identifies qualified individuals for the interview stage, and connects promising candidates with hiring managers.
4. Verifies candidates' references and credentials, ensuring their experience and backgrounds are accurate.
5. Advises candidates on the interview and hiring procedures.
6. Organizes and participates in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.
7. Follows up with hiring managers post-interview to assess placement success and gathers feedback when placements are not achieved.
8. Ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations.
9. Performs additional related duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to conduct interviews.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of EEO, ADA, and related employment laws and guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or two to four years of relevant work experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is advantageous.
- SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
