Key Responsibilities

Your Role:
Manage the complete recruitment process, from initiating roles with hiring managers to creating candidate pipelines and guiding candidates through a structured interview process, culminating in offer negotiations and successful hires. Work closely with hiring managers to devise innovative engagement strategies and consistent processes to attract the right talent.

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and recruit high-caliber candidates for operational roles, focusing on restoration, culinary, and field crew positions. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process while organizing job fairs and external recruitment events.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and challenges. This hands-on approach ensures effective candidate-job matching and involves leading job fairs and securing partnerships with external organizations to enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Candidate Experience: Guarantee a positive experience for candidates by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a smooth hiring process, which is essential for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive practices to offer strategic insights for enhancing recruitment processes.
Qualifications

Who We Seek:
We are looking for a proactive, bilingual Recruitment Specialist with substantial experience in the restoration and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship-building with both candidates and hiring managers, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and possess a deep understanding of the unique requirements of our operational teams.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in recruiting for operational roles, particularly in restoration or construction.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to various sites to engage with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
