Compensation:

$31,000 - $42,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for agent roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate weekly applicant metrics.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and provide updates to senior management on recruitment status.
  • Establish strong partnerships with recruitment sources and manage hiring resources.
  • Organize and engage in career fairs and recruitment initiatives.
  • Utilize databases to search for resumes and proactively reach out to potential candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, including licensing, contract preparation, and training schedules.
  • Oversee social media channels for recruitment purposes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
  • Adept at engaging with diverse personalities.
