Key Responsibilities:- Source and engage qualified candidates for agent roles.
- Monitor and evaluate weekly applicant metrics.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with prospective candidates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and provide updates to the Senior Partner regarding recruitment status.
- Establish and nurture relationships with recruiters while managing recruitment tools.
- Organize and take part in career fairs and recruitment initiatives.
- Utilize databases to find resumes and reach out to potential candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including licensing, contract preparation, and training schedules.
