Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment process, from initiating roles with hiring managers to developing candidate pipelines and guiding candidates through a structured interview process, culminating in extending and negotiating offers.
- Field Engagement: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to comprehend the specific needs and challenges faced by our operational teams. This proactive approach ensures effective candidate placement. You will also lead the organization of job fairs and collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance candidate sourcing.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and hiring managers, to provide customized recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Experience: Guarantee a positive candidate experience through timely feedback, clear communication, and a streamlined hiring process, thereby attracting and retaining top talent.
- Market Insights: Remain updated on industry trends and competitive practices to offer strategic recommendations for enhancing our recruitment methodologies.
Who We Seek
We are looking for a proactive, bilingual Recruitment Specialist with a solid background in the restoration and construction sectors. The ideal candidate excels in relationship-building, is highly organized, and understands the unique requirements of our field teams.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Recruitment Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for field roles, particularly in restoration or construction.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities with a knack for building relationships and influencing decision-makers.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to field locations to engage with hiring managers and candidates.
