Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment process, from initiating roles with hiring managers to developing candidate pipelines and guiding candidates through a structured interview process, culminating in extending and negotiating offers.
  • Field Engagement: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to comprehend the specific needs and challenges faced by our operational teams.   • Market Insights: Remain updated on industry trends and competitive practices to offer strategic recommendations for enhancing our recruitment methodologies.

Who We Seek
We are looking for a proactive, bilingual Recruitment Specialist with a solid background in the restoration and construction sectors. The ideal candidate excels in relationship-building, is highly organized, and understands the unique requirements of our field teams.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Recruitment Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for field roles, particularly in restoration or construction.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities with a knack for building relationships and influencing decision-makers.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to field locations to engage with hiring managers and candidates.
