Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices for data management.

Lead the establishment and management of data warehouses, data marts, and analytical databases to fulfill business intelligence and reporting requirements.

Provide technological solutions for data visualization, dashboards, and analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Ensure adherence to relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards.

Unique Role Requirements:
Profound knowledge of data integration tools, ETL frameworks, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.

Experience with API platforms and API management (e.g., Azure API Management).
Ideal candidates will have experience with Data Mesh-type implementations.
Experience as an Architect and leading domain and solution architects.

Essential Functions:

Partner with senior business decision-makers to prioritize and fund initiatives, ensuring that the design of technology solutions aligns with business needs.

Work directly with the IT leadership team to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions to business challenges.

Exercise leadership influence and direction to develop, optimize, and manage application and/or infrastructure portfolios to meet all IT service level agreements.

Maintain a focus on building a robust IT capability through people, processes, and technology.

Develop and manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective integration into the overall IT capability.

Contribute to and lead aspects of the overall technology transformation through quality delivery, continuous improvement, innovation enablement, and strong leadership.

Drive commitment to internal control processes and lead by example, mentoring and motivating the technology team to foster organizational success.

Participate in other initiatives and/or projects as necessary.
Budget and manage financial plans while maintaining awareness of industry benchmarks for comparison.

Qualifications:
