Role Summary

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is a key individual contributor responsible for pinpointing prospective business ventures, cultivating relationships, and comprehending the essential business strategies of clients within designated accounts. Qualifications
  • Must reside within the specified market as this is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence when not engaging in field activities.
  • A minimum of seven years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than three positions held in the past decade.
  • Proven track record in new business development, particularly in selling marketing solutions or professional services.
  • Demonstrable success in generating revenue through prospecting and expanding large account relationships.
  • Experience in high-volume sales, with individual transactions exceeding $250,000.
  • Familiarity with diverse sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months.
  • Compensation structure includes highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
  • A four-year college degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; familiarity with web, SaaS, and mobile applications is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position is set at $135,000 (non-negotiable), with potential commissions bringing the first-year on-target earnings (OTE) between $175,000 and $225,000.

Business Development Directors are automatically eligible for a comprehensive suite of performance management reward programs, including an annual travel award for the President's Club. Additional benefits encompass a car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and a full expense account for client entertainment.
