Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and enhance business development initiatives across the United States.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to align the strategic vision of the organization.
  • Formulate and implement key initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence across various teams.
  • Oversee all revenue-generating operations, including marketing, technology, compliance consulting, customer success, and business development.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 7 direct reports.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and metrics to the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in operational leadership roles.
