  • Collaboration and Influence: Engage with Global Valuation leaders and key partners to foster strategic alignment and identify synergies, employing diplomacy and persuasive communication.
  • Project Oversight: Supervise the implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and addressing any challenges that arise with actionable solutions.
  • External Engagement: Maintain industry connections to inform strategic discussions and adapt to market trends.

Performance and Risk Analytics:

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive analytics strategy for Global Valuation, enhancing the use of precise metrics and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators to monitor progress and drive informed decision-making.

Financial and Talent Management:

  • Create a forward-looking financial model and expenditure forecasts for Global Valuation, analyzing future spending drivers and proposing efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop and oversee the departmental budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Design and implement communication strategies to enhance information sharing within the function, ensuring transparency and clarity in strategic direction.
  • Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes within the Global Valuation Leadership Team, ensuring accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of cross-functional experience in strategy or consulting roles.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance or actuarial functions, with a focus on influencing senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
