**Job Summary**

Aramark is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to management and other departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Assist with clerical tasks, such as ordering supplies, stocking inventory, and answering phones.
  • Greet customers, clients, and employees, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain office memos and informative postings.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software, such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
