Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain open balances of assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Communicate and follow up with customers regarding payment status, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary documentation and coordinate resolutions for disputed invoices, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Good standard of education, ideally with internship experience in administration or a related field.
  • Experience with office administration, including financial software and systems.
  • Strong organization and effective communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels and functions of the organization.
  • Customer service orientation with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal and external customers.
