Position Overview

We are a leading restoration firm seeking a dedicated Full-Time Administrative Assistant.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls

  • Supporting the Office Manager in daily tasks


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is essential
  • Familiarity with Xactimate is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to learn new software and demonstrate computer literacy
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are required
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and a collaborative spirit
  • A commitment to quality work and continuous improvement
  • Resourceful and proactive in resolving challenges


Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
