**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to support the daily operations of American & Interstate Signcrafters, a leading signage solutions company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support and office management, ensuring the efficient operation of office equipment and systems.
  • Handle communication and customer interactions, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Execute various day-to-day tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, maintaining a well-organized and clutter-free workspace.

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Experience in managing office equipment, including printers, copiers, and other machinery.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Prior relevant experience is desirable, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on education and training.
