Position Overview:

The role entails overseeing direct sales management for designated product categories within Midea's appliance range at Wal-Mart/Sam's Club. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual, eager to enhance Midea's presence in these retail environments. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales responsible for Wal-Mart/Sam's Club, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Midea's growth trajectory in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with key stakeholders at Wal-Mart/Sam's Club.
  • Coordinate the engagement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to achieve account performance goals and meet customer expectations.
  • Achieve set targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal operations to provide accurate forecasts for product demand.
  • Continuously evaluate, clarify, and confirm customer needs.
  • Lead the development of solutions that effectively address customer requirements, ensuring the involvement of all necessary company resources.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of strategic sales experience, particularly with Wal-Mart/Sam's Club, ideally in the home comfort or small appliance sectors.
  • Work Environment: Office-based with potential travel to warehouses; ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required.
  • Travel: Domestic and international travel for Midea and Wal-Mart/Sam's Club events.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Skills in Customer Service, Closing, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Presentation, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Motivation.
  • At least seven years of experience in sales.
