Position Title: Senior Retail Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and nurture a strong clientele base, leading the team to enhance repeat business through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Sales Leadership: Achieve personal sales targets while educating the team on store performance metrics, fostering a competitive and supportive environment.
  • Brand Representation: Communicate the Tapestry brand philosophy and aesthetic to both the team and customers, ensuring consistency in brand standards and store presentation.
  • Operational Management: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, manage POS transactions, and maintain inventory integrity while adhering to loss prevention policies.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A college degree is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders as needed.
