We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Wealth Management Leader to join our Wealth Management team at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management advice and solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide trusted advisor relationships with our largest and most sophisticated clients.
- Responsible for bringing new, larger clients to the firm and effectively servicing, managing, retaining, and growing existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with opportunities sourced by Client Strategists to win new business.
- Serve as primary advisor and manage large and complex client relationships with dedicated support teams.
- Articulate and implement BNY Mellon's wealth management framework and best investment thinking.
- Analyze client balance sheets for unrealized opportunities and/or optimization.
- Collaborate with functional team members and BNY Mellon investment professionals to ensure all firm capabilities are provided to clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- Additional industry designations and certifications are a plus (CFP, CFA, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of financial industry experience, primarily managing larger, more complex client relationships.
- Experience working in a highly detail-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Strong technological proficiency and adoption of firm's digital tools.
