Job Overview

Position: Master Black Belt Team Lead

Dynamo Technologies is in search of a seasoned Master Black Belt Team Lead with a strong background in Green and Black Belt Training. This role involves facilitating workshops that span various organizations and functional areas, operating in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Performance Improvement Office of the Army National Guard.
  • Deliver Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) expertise to enhance operational performance across the Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC) and the 54 States and Territories.
  • Provide analytical, operational, and technical guidance, including facilitation and mentorship to sustain a culture of CPI within the agency.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading teams in process-oriented root cause analysis to identify efficiency and effectiveness improvements for senior management.
  • Expertise in DMAIC Project Methodology.
  • Strong facilitation skills with knowledge in Business Process Re-engineering.
  • Possession of a valid, recognized third-party certification as a Master Black Belt, demonstrating successful test completion and project execution.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military background.
  • Experience with the Army National Guard Headquarters.
  • Familiarity with Minitab Statistical Software.
  • PMP Certification.

Education and Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with Federal Government Senior Leaders.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to various locations as needed.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
