Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic technical leadership and cultivate high-performing teams, offering mentorship and support to engineers.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and various stakeholders to envision the future of shopping experiences on our platform.
  • Oversee comprehensive system design across multiple teams and functions.
  • Ensure the development of an intuitive and dependable shopping interface, encompassing product browsing, checkout, returns, and refunds.
  • Lead initiatives for Promotions and Campaigns, creating platforms and tools for merchants and businesses to optimize their campaigns and gain actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Experience with E-Commerce products or related industries such as Retail, Travel, or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
  • Experience in hybrid cross-platform development is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of business concepts, technical abstraction, and system module design.
  • Experience with large-scale website architecture is essential.
