Government Regional Sales Director
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Government Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in government markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on government clients and technically complex products.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching.
ResponsibilitiesThe Government Regional Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate region's goals.
- Managing the sales process from beginning to end to achieve the company's growth objectives.
- Working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships with key government accounts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of recent sales or business development experience serving government clients with technically complex products.
- A strong track record of success in sales, with a focus on government markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
