We are seeking a talented and driven Strategic Marketing Director to join Emerging Blue Jobs in Apex, North Carolina. This role is perfect for a passionate marketer with omni-channel experience, who excels in both strategy and execution, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This is a hybrid (3 days per week in office) position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with our team. As a Strategic Marketing Director, you will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing calendars in alignment with business goals, product launches, and seasonal trends
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure branding consistency across all channels and marketing assets
- Collaborate with e-commerce and wholesale teams to ensure marketing initiatives are optimized for each channel and drive performance
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of photoshoots, ensuring assets are developed for relevant marketing channels
- Manage marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, retail, wholesale, and social media, ensuring a cohesive brand experience
- Work alongside internal teams to align on marketing strategies, content creation, and asset development
- E-commerce Strategy: Develop and communicate a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, setting clear goals and objectives for our digital retail operation
- Email Marketing: Oversee email marketing efforts, including strategy, campaign management, automation, and analytics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales
- Paid Advertising: Lead paid advertising strategies across various platforms, optimizing campaigns to maximize reach, ROI, and brand visibility
- SEO and SEM: Work on search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of our products and website in search engine results
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies for the website and social media to engage and inform our audience effectively
- Promotional Calendar: Create and manage a promotional calendar to coordinate marketing efforts, align campaigns with key events and seasons, and optimize sales and customer engagement
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for e-commerce and digital marketing, allocating resources wisely to ensure strong financial performance
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide the e-commerce and digital marketing teams, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the technology department to keep our e-commerce platform up-to-date, with the brand team for consistent messaging, and with the design and content teams to ensure a cohesive digital presence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in omni-channel marketing, branding, and campaign management
- Strong experience in working with creative teams to develop marketing assets
- Familiarity with e-commerce, wholesale, and retail marketing
- Experience planning and executing photoshoots
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
