Sales Development Representative

As a seasoned Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for One Stop Systems Inc. by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of government and commercial sales processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with operations and outside sales teams to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
Estimated salary: $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience
