About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the region, leveraging your expertise in marketing and sales to build strong relationships with clients and consumers.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consumers, and internal teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and optimize results, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred), with a strong foundation in business principles and practices, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement, and a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, navigating complex sales environments with ease.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, consumers, and internal teams.
