Vice President of Benefits Strategy and PFM Analytics

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Benefits Product team to formulate strategies and develop new offerings aimed at boosting customer engagement and unlocking potential growth and revenue avenues.
- Design and communicate an analytical framework to address business objectives by deriving actionable insights from comprehensive analyses of customer behavior.
- Enhance product enrollment by streamlining the digital journey and addressing customer pain points.
- Establish a digital testing initiative to refine and assess the performance of forthcoming benefits and PFM programs.
- Employ statistical methods and segmentation techniques to create targeting strategies and optimization frameworks that maximize return on investment.
- Gather data and execute industry-leading analytics using a variety of analytical tools, software, and methodologies.
- Illustrate profit and loss impacts through financial analyses, forecasting, and monitoring of program key performance indicators.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, including strategy development, consensus building with stakeholders, and implementation of recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with audit and control requirements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research); a graduate degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a quantitative domain, consulting, or the financial/credit card sector is preferred.
- Proven ability to translate business inquiries into analytical frameworks that yield significant insights.
- Experience in driving web strategies, A/B testing, and utilizing Adobe analytics is essential.
- Strong comprehension of the consumer lending landscape, customer lifecycle, and profit and loss management.
- Exceptional analytical, technical, and statistical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret large datasets using SAS, SQL, or Python/R.
- A fervent passion and curiosity for driving business results.
- Skilled in relationship building and collaboration across all organizational levels and cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Effective organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
