Senior Vice President, Cobrand Product Strategy

Position Title: Senior Vice President, Product Innovation & Development at Citibank AAdvantage Cobrand Team
The Citibank AAdvantage Cobrand Product team is an integral part of the Branded Cards division, recognized for its extensive history in delivering one of the most prominent travel loyalty credit card programs in the market. In collaboration with American Airlines, the Citi Product Management team is responsible for the design and promotion of a diverse portfolio of consumer and small business credit cards that leverage the airline's loyalty program, travel resources, and marketing strategies. The team plays a pivotal role in establishing the strategic vision for the card offerings, focusing on product value propositions, loyalty marketing, and enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and launching innovative products, features, and functionalities while participating in technology development and market introduction initiatives.
- Leading discussions with American Airlines to obtain necessary technology approvals and establish priorities.
- Working closely with Digital Customer Experience teams to improve online customer interactions.
- Promoting the product and partnership with American Airlines to enhance engagement and profitability.
Candidate Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in product or program management.
- Strong analytical and qualitative abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Positive demeanor, enthusiasm, and a commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Robust project management and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Genuine interest in learning about marketing and service strategies.
- Customer-focused approach and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Preferred experience in relationship and client management.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
