Regional Assistant Vice President of Health Service

Position Overview:

The Regional Assistant Vice President of Health Service plays a pivotal role in enhancing clinical outcomes and improving resident care delivery. This position involves overseeing regional facility consultant services to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance clinical outcomes and the delivery of resident care through effective management of regional facility consultant services.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to Facility Consultants across assigned facilities, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of facilities to assess and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with departmental leaders in Health Services and the Regional Vice President of Operations to align goals and strategies.
  • Perform detailed compliance analysis reviews and deliver training programs to staff to promote best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited RN program; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
  • Possession of a current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
  • Demonstrated experience in Nursing Leadership, Management Consulting, and various Health Care Settings.
  • Proven experience in multi-site management is essential.
