Collaborating closely with American Airlines, our Product Management team is responsible for designing and marketing a diverse array of consumer and small business credit cards that leverage the airline's loyalty program, travel resources, and promotional channels. The team is instrumental in shaping the strategic vision for the card offerings, focusing on product value propositions, loyalty marketing, and enhancing customer experiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identifying and initiating new product lines, features, and functionalities while participating in technology advancement and market introduction efforts.
  • Leading discussions with American Airlines to obtain necessary technology endorsements and establish project priorities.
  • Working in tandem with Digital Customer Experience teams to improve online customer interactions.
  • Promoting the product and partnership with American Airlines to boost engagement and financial performance.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in product or program management.
