About the Role

Citigroup Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Lead - VP to join our team. As a key member of our Spend and Benefits ECM Analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Benefits Product teams to develop and implement strategic benefit plans, driving customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Develop and articulate advanced analytical frameworks to solve business objectives, identifying actionable insights through data analysis.
  • Grow product enrollment by reducing friction in digital journeys and eliminating customer pain points.
  • Develop and execute digital testing programs to refine and evaluate the performance of benefits and PFM programs.
  • Utilize statistical and segmentation techniques to develop targeting strategies and optimization frameworks, maximizing ROI.
  • Retrieve and analyze data, conducting industry-leading analytics using various tools and techniques.
  • Articulate P&L impacts through financial analyses, forecasting, and tracking of program KPIs.
  • Manage end-to-end projects, developing strategies, building consensus with stakeholders, and implementing recommendations.
  • Ensure audit and control requirements are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research). A graduate degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a quantitative field, consulting, or the financial/credit card industry.
  • Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks, generating meaningful insights.
  • Experience in driving web strategies, A/B testing, and Adobe analytics.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer lending market, customer life cycle, and P&L.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and/or statistical skills, with proficiency in SAS, SQL, or Python/R.
  • Intense passion and curiosity to drive business outcomes.
  • Adept at building relationships and collaborating with people across all levels and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • Effective organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
