Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Tier 2 support for end-user computing devices for LPL employees and contingent workers.
- Manage incidents and requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions in a dynamic business environment.
- Deploy and troubleshoot various end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Reimage computers and hard drives according to established standards.
- Execute Move, Add, and Change functions, including installation and decommissioning of equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and MAC operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office and proprietary applications.
- Support remote users by configuring VPN clients and ensuring connectivity.
- Adhere to ITIL change, incident, and problem management processes.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while resolving IT-related issues.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, including proficiency in Windows and Mac systems.
- Familiarity with workstation setup, conference room support, and networking.
- Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory Domains, Office 365, and mobile device technology.

Core Competencies:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various Windows operating systems and hardware for PC environments.
- An associate degree, certificate, or boot camp training in Computer Science or a related field.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $26.73-$40.10 per hour, with actual salary dependent on relevant skills, experience, education, and location.
