As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to respond to service requests from clients requiring repairs on their office technology systems.

You will travel to client sites, assess issues, and execute necessary repairs.

Your role will also involve inspecting equipment, conducting routine and preventive maintenance, and replacing components that are nearing the end of their lifecycle.

You will keep clients informed about repair statuses, order parts, and arrange follow-up visits if immediate repairs are not feasible.


We provide uniform shirts, a laptop, a smartphone allowance, and a company vehicle, along with the responsibility of maintaining accurate inventory and vehicle stock.


We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $25, potentially negotiable based on experience, in addition to a bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, three weeks of paid time off in the first year, paid holidays, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match.

This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. We provide thorough training and welcome applicants from diverse industries or technical training backgrounds.

Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills

Preferred training through employment or a technical institution in fields such as automotive repair, computer repair, aviation, or similar; personal experience is also valued.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Clean driving record with no DUI or reckless driving violations in the past five years.
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
Professional appearance; no offensive tattoos are allowed, and excessive tattoos may need to be covered.
Must have parking available for taking a company vehicle home daily.
