Job Overview:

We are looking for a Mortgage Servicing Customer Care Coordinator II who will be accountable for various servicing tasks and support responsibilities within the designated unit. This position entails facilitating communication between internal and external parties, addressing servicing challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responds to phone inquiries and assists borrowers with servicing questions
  • Processes Automatic Payment Draft setups
  • Prepares documents for Lien Release
  • Addresses standard to moderately complex servicing challenges
  • Reviews incoming tasks and liaises with appropriate resources
  • Modifies mortgage information as necessary
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of unit policies and procedures
  • Serves as an escalation point and identifies opportunities for operational enhancements

Additional Responsibilities:

Completes other assigned duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience with a foundational understanding of systems and procedures is required.

Vocational or technical education may be necessary in addition to work experience.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of unit products, policies, and processes
  • Knowledge of banking operations
