About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Representative to join our Seller Services sales team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and launching businesses of all sizes to advertise their products on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline mix of high-value and transactional accounts
  • Execute sales strategies to secure deals that exceed account acquisition and output goals
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts
  • Create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations

About the Team:

Our team specializes in recruitment and development of new-to-Amazon sellers in the Home & Lifestyle categories. We are customer-obsessed and focus on delivering best-in-class growth recommendations for our selling partners while highlighting unique selection at competitive prices for our end customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of sales or marketing work or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying companies
