About the Role

Amazon's Black Business Accelerator is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth for Black-owned businesses by providing them with access to financial support, strategic business guidance, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new minority-owned businesses to sell on Amazon
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth for existing accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts
  • Utilize data and metrics to draw business insights and inform sales strategies
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects and responsibilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects and responsibilities
