About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead our Enterprise Sales team and drive growth in our largest customer segment. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to accelerate Enterprise sales and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Enterprise segment
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve revenue objectives and key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, to refine sales processes and strategies
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Enterprise Sales team
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales processes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of Enterprise Sales management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue objectives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
