Position Overview

About Zenarate
Zenarate AI Coach empowers prominent brands to cultivate confident, high-performing agents through AI Simulation Training. Our AI Coach is utilized globally, reaching diverse markets including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Philippines, India, and Europe in 15 languages.

Zenarate serves a wide array of industries, including financial services, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, technology, retail, and travel. We are in search of a seasoned Enterprise Account Director to enhance our customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Renew customer contracts while achieving increased Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, coordinating sales efforts to secure these opportunities.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Create referenceable accounts and collaborate with marketing to highlight our success stories.
  • Promote how our product can enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various use cases.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our customers' utilization of our product to provide valuable insights for improvement and new opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on activities and outcomes related to sales opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Account Management role with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Experience in renewal and contract negotiations.
  • Proven track record managing Enterprise Accounts with annual revenues exceeding $1M.
  • Prior experience engaging with executive leadership within Enterprise-level clients.
  • Preferred background in SaaS sales or Account Management; experience in Contact Center operations is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Annual base salary range: $160,000 - $179,000
