Job Overview

As a Sales Leader within the Strategic Sales division at Vimeo, you will take charge of promoting Vimeo's Enterprise Video Solutions to some of the most prominent organizations across North America. In this direct sales role with revenue responsibilities, your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, as well as expanding contracts with existing Vimeo clients by introducing complementary products and services. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Surpass sales targets by effectively selling Vimeo's Enterprise Video Solutions.
  • Articulate Vimeo's distinctive value proposition to clients and address any objections.
  • Differentiate our solutions from competing offerings in the marketplace.
  • Engage in proactive sales activities to cultivate new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Development Representatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Collaborate directly with leading brands and media organizations to address their online video requirements.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data and pipeline management within Salesforce.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate sales pipeline and execute marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions and innovative technologies to large organizations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with online video, live streaming, advertising, marketing analytics, and technology sectors.
  • Understanding of various video purchasing personas, including Marketing, Corporate Communications, Learning & Development, and Human Resources.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC sales methodology and its consistent application.
  • Strong belief in a customer-centric sales philosophy and a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in introducing new concepts and building strong relationships with C-level executives in large enterprises.
  • Proficient in account planning and territory management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to operate with urgency and a commitment to accountability.
  • A genuine passion for Vimeo and our creative community.

Compensation:

The targeted base salary range for this position is $95,400 to $146,500. This range is applicable to candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
