Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing strategies that enhance ROI, boost customer acquisition, and elevate brand presence.
  • Leverage market research to create detailed buyer personas and customized messaging throughout the sales journey.
  • Implement effective demand generation tactics to stimulate global revenue growth across various channels.
  • Work in tandem with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overarching business goals.
  • Lead and cultivate a high-performing marketing team, promoting professional development and success.
  • Design and refine marketing and sales funnels, utilizing industry best practices to optimize performance.
  • Drive innovative demand generation strategies, establishing benchmarks for sustainable growth.
  • Provide quality leads to the sales organization through diverse marketing channels.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in lead nurturing, scoring, and prioritization to achieve consistent growth.
  • 15+ years of marketing expertise with a robust background in strategic marketing development.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing leadership position within the SaaS landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in executing demand generation initiatives in rapidly growing environments.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B technology marketing, digital marketing, and global lead generation.
  • Proven track record of empowering sales teams and driving effective demand generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies to enhance demand generation efforts.
  • Ability to forge strategic partnerships across all organizational levels, particularly with Sales.
  • Experience working in a global context.
