Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Manager of Omni Commerce Marketing to enhance our marketing strategies across various platforms. This role is pivotal in crafting seamless and engaging experiences for consumers at the point of purchase, both online and in-store, particularly within key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Ownership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies that align with both customer and sales objectives. Be the authority on omnichannel marketing, ensuring a cohesive shopper experience across all touchpoints.
  • Strategic Engagement: Formulate integrated marketing plans driven by insights and growth opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Brand Teams, and Retailers to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytical skills to monitor business performance, channel trends, and investment strategies. Enhance operational efficiency and profitability through insightful recommendations.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the Omni Commercial budget, conducting pre- and post-campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness and optimize spending based on insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a CPG Omni/Shopper marketing role.
  • Experience with agency and retailer media.
  • Familiarity with Walmart and Sams Club media networks is advantageous.
  • Strong background in shopper, digital, and consumer insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to synthesize data from various sources into actionable strategies.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
