Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Saleor, you will play a crucial role at the crossroads of business and technology within the e-commerce sector. This position involves engaging with top-tier brands and diverse engineering teams, providing you with a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage in architectural discovery sessions with both new and existing clients to uncover their specific challenges and needs.
  • Craft customized workflows that align with client requirements, ensuring effective implementation of Saleor's solutions.
  • Thoroughly document and integrate client-specific needs into proposed solutions, maintaining alignment with their business goals.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by collecting essential information and facilitating collaborative sessions to navigate technical challenges.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, both remotely and in-person.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the product team, sharing insights on product utilization and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product and Product Owners to conduct comprehensive market analysis.
  • Enhance and expand documentation based on client feedback to ensure clarity and usability.
  • Create proof-of-concept applications and code snippets to demonstrate effective solutions to client issues.
Qualifications for Success
  • Proven experience with large-scale solutions and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as GraphQL, webhooks, TypeScript, Python, and AWS.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine empathy for client needs.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset.

Compensation Overview
