Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Saleor, you will bridge the gap between business needs and development processes within the e-commerce sector. This client-facing position allows you to engage with prominent brands and diverse engineering teams, delivering impactful solutions that drive business success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage in architectural discovery sessions with both new and existing clients to understand their challenges and requirements.
  • Craft tailored workflows that align with client needs, ensuring the effective implementation of Saleor.
  • Document and integrate client-specific requirements into proposed solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with their business goals.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new clients by collecting information and conducting collaborative sessions to help navigate technical challenges.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients both remotely and in-person.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the product team, sharing insights on product usage and client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product and Product Owners to perform market research.
  • Enhance and update documentation based on customer feedback.
  • Create proof-of-concept applications and code snippets to demonstrate effective solutions to various challenges.
Qualifications for Success
  • Experience with large-scale solutions and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as GraphQL, webhooks, TypeScript, Python, and AWS.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy for clients.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset.

Salary Information
  • Latin America: USD 30,000 annually.
  • Poland: PLN 25,000 net + VAT monthly.
