Position Overview

We are seeking a talented individual for the role of Senior Manager of Omni Commerce Marketing. This position is ideal for candidates located in the Chicagoland area or Bentonville, Arkansas. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting strategies and plans that deliver engaging, seamless experiences at the point of purchase, both online and in-store, particularly across key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Take charge of your segment by leading the formulation and execution of commercial strategies that align with both customer and sales/marketing goals. You will be the authority on omnichannel marketing, integrating retailer media across various platforms to enhance shopper engagement.
  • Strategic Engagement: Develop comprehensive, insight-driven plans that foster collaboration with Sales Leads, Brand Teams, and Retailers to ensure the successful rollout of our strategies. Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, overseeing the briefing process and evaluating creative strategies.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize analytical insights to drive sales growth, focusing on channel trends and investment strategies. Your ability to interpret data will be crucial in enhancing profitability and achieving growth targets.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the Omni Commercial budget, leading pre- and post-campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness and refine strategies based on insights gained.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a traditional CPG Omni/Shopper marketing role is preferred.
  • Experience with agency and retailer media is essential.
  • Familiarity with Walmart and Sams Club media networks is advantageous.
  • Strong background in shopper, digital, and consumer insights.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor and customer relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to synthesize data from various sources into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of Nielsen/Circana data for insights and analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of analytics, digital/e-commerce, and omni-commerce.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing, particularly in leading marketing and shopper communications.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
  • Adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Curiosity and initiative in seeking innovative solutions.
  • Financial acumen in budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Deep understanding of US Retailers and their market strategies.
