We are seeking a highly experienced Senior E-commerce Director to lead our digital commerce strategy and drive online sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and enhances online sales.
  2. Accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the e-commerce strategy and track progress.
  3. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Implement effective merchandising strategies and product recommendations to drive online sales.
  5. Optimize the checkout process and reduce cart abandonment rates.
  6. Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on e-commerce performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience, increase conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
  8. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve ROI goals and maximize profitability.

Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
  4. Proven track record of overseeing a growing e-commerce business with clear actions and results.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  6. Experience driving operational excellence in MarTech identifying and executing opportunity areas to create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved systems, processes, and approaches to the business.
  7. Experience overseeing digital marketing strategy and optimizing paid campaigns to generate sales leads while improving Customer Acquisition Costs.
  8. Experience of working cross-functionally in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
  9. Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  10. Possible travel of up to 25%.
