We are currently seeking applications for the position of Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Analytics and Portfolio Managers to identify and fulfill their technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and sustain scalable, high-performance applications and systems.
  • Oversee and manage the complete product delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

Essential Skills:

Python:

  • Proven experience with distributed and data-intensive applications.
  • Expertise in generating dynamic and static reports utilizing Python.
  • Strong knowledge of creating RESTful APIs using Python.
  • Familiarity with Python coding and design best practices.

Cloud and Infrastructure:

  • Experience with AWS (preferably AWS Certified Architect).
  • Knowledge of Snowflake and relational databases such as Oracle and Postgres.
  • Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Understanding of distributed systems and their complexities.

DevOps and CI/CD:

  • Experience with GitLab/GitHub and a solid understanding of CI/CD best practices.
  • Skilled in building and managing deployment pipelines.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with onsite clients.
  • Experience in the asset management or investment banking sectors is highly valued.
  • Capability to manage and coordinate with offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in asset management.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

The estimated annual base compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. The actual offer will reflect the total compensation package, including benefits, and will be determined by various factors such as the applicant's experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
