Position Summary:

The Email Marketing Manager will report directly to the Senior Email Marketing Manager. This role entails overseeing the execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, along with targeted and automated communications for FitLab's diverse brand portfolio. Responsibilities include crafting engaging emails, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, leading automation initiatives, and supporting lead-generation efforts. The Email Marketing Manager will also be tasked with maintaining robust databases, adhering to email and SMS best practices, monitoring spam and bounce rates, and playing a vital role in FitLab's marketing strategy. Most importantly, this position is dedicated to upholding FitLab's mission of inspiring individuals to embrace movement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

  • Analyze campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights for performance enhancement.
  • Develop and manage the email campaign calendar in collaboration with brand managers.

  • Maintain healthy sending practices and monitor for potential performance challenges.
  • Utilize project management tools to prioritize projects and campaigns effectively.
  • Review email copy and design for accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading successful email marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing communication strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting on comprehensive metrics.
  • Familiarity with advanced email platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
  • Experience in the fitness or related industry is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in testing methodologies, versioning, and personalization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective interpersonal abilities.
  • A background check will be conducted on all final candidates upon receipt of the signed offer letter and release form.
