We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Lead to join our team at Genpact. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Analytics and Portfolio Managers to understand their technical needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Design and Develop Scalable Applications: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications and systems that meet the needs of our business.
  • Lead Product Delivery: Oversee end-to-end product delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely releases that meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in building distributed and data-intensive applications.
  • Cloud and Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, and relational databases such as Oracle and Postgres.
  • DevOps and CI/CD: Experience with GitLab/GitHub and understanding of CI/CD best practices.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
  • Financial Services Experience: Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in asset management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
What We Offer

At Genpact, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
