Position Overview:
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the overall health and growth of a designated portfolio of clients.

Your exceptional relationship-building capabilities will help you forge strong connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

By gaining a comprehensive understanding of their organizational frameworks, various departments, and overarching business objectives, you will effectively align MediaRadar's suite of products to support their success.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Oversee account health and promote broader solution adoption across the organization.
- Analyze account penetration and mobilize sales and customer success teams to enhance awareness and usage.
- Collaborate with internal Customer Success and Support teams to promptly address and resolve client issues.
- Work alongside Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.

- Partner with the Sales team to facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients and identify cross-selling opportunities within your existing accounts.

- Influence our product development by relaying client feedback to our Commercial leaders and Product teams.

Retention and Growth:
- Drive client retention and sustainable long-term growth within your portfolio.
- Strategically plan and manage renewal activities and pricing adjustments to meet or exceed growth targets.
- Develop persuasive business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success on targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and user outreach initiatives.
- Document client engagement activities and proactively manage your renewal pipeline.
Industry Insights:
- Stay informed about developments in the media industry and enhancements to our products to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Share industry insights with the broader commercial team.
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in account management within an Enterprise SaaS environment or equivalent experience managing account strategies for Fortune 50 clients.
- Proven track record of establishing and nurturing senior-level client relationships (CMO, CEO, SVP, etc.) and being recognized as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a structured approach to planning and execution.
- Experience managing a portfolio valued at $5M+ and leading commercial negotiations.
