You will be an integral part of our team, working alongside various Publicis Groupe creative agencies and partners to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
The Client Relationship Manager supports the Account Supervisor and acts as a liaison between the client and the agency, overseeing the daily operations of the account.
Your role will involve building and nurturing both internal and external relationships, fostering trust, and enhancing team dynamics. You should possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, coupled with a positive, proactive attitude towards all tasks, regardless of their size.
Organization is key, and you should be prepared to go above and beyond to ensure we present our best work to clients and partner agencies.
While prior experience in retail is not essential, a genuine enthusiasm for thriving in a fast-paced retail environment is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines within a dynamic environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams and discussing priorities with management regularly.
- Identify and escalate issues as necessary.
- Possess some experience in broadcast, digital, and/or social media production; a willingness to learn and excel in these areas is essential.
- Oversee client production budgets and collaborate with finance and IP on project billing and reconciliation.
