Role Summary:

The Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships on a daily basis, overseeing projects from conception to execution while ensuring effective communication across departments. This position requires the ability to instill client confidence through presence, agile thinking, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing client feedback and proactively addressing any challenges or concerns.

This role encompasses tracking all creative deliverables, overseeing production workflows, organizing team workloads, and facilitating daily communications between the client and the agency. The Senior Account Manager guarantees that the agency delivers innovative digital outputs aligned with client objectives, possessing a strong understanding of digital production and social media management processes and timelines. This is an immersive position that serves the client's internal team, balancing account management with project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee account management, ensuring alignment with both internal and client objectives based on project briefs, with a strong grasp of the intersection between technology and music.
  • Gather project briefs, coordinate campaign kick-offs with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with producers to establish client-approved schedules.
  • Develop meeting agendas, establish internal and external meeting rhythms, and create meeting summaries. Lead internal collaboration and delegate team deliverables.
  • Manage daily client communications, serving as the primary project management and production contact for all assigned projects, while effectively assessing and addressing any issues that may impede project progress.
  • Oversee project-related production budgets, including individual production and creative budgets within the overall project framework, streamlining purchase orders and invoicing as necessary.
  • Guide the project team in preparing and executing editorial calendars for assigned social media management projects (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), ensuring timely delivery of creative assets in accordance with established deadlines and approval processes.
  • Provide strategic and creative support for client needs, demonstrating an understanding of challenges and opportunities while assisting in developing innovative solutions. Communicate any implications regarding scope or budget constraints to Game Seven leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in account management for digital/social accounts or digital project management within an agency setting.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, complemented by a high level of professionalism and adaptability to client needs.
  • Proficient in expository writing and oral presentation skills.
  • Experience in budget tracking and forecasting potential risks or constraints within project scope.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
  • Highly skilled in Asana, Microsoft Office, Apple software, Google Slides, and Box/Dropbox.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually. This role is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonuses.
