The Senior Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue enhancement by cultivating and overseeing strategic client partnerships, fostering long-term business relationships, and nurturing essential business connections.

This position emphasizes a robust commitment to new business acquisition, alongside maximizing opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within established client accounts, as well as ensuring contract renewals with premier clients.

Success in this role will be achieved through consultative selling, meticulous account planning, and proactive prospecting to identify high-value clients. The manager will qualify and develop assigned accounts while gaining insights into the client’s operational landscape, educating them on the company’s service offerings, and identifying solutions to assist clients in navigating their application development testing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulates and implements sales strategies to meet new customer revenue and existing customer up-sell revenue objectives for Fortune 100 accounts
  • Achieves or surpasses established sales targets through strategic account management, networking, and leveraging company resources
  • Preferred experience in selling technology or managed services
  • Actively engages in regional marketing initiatives for lead generation
  • Focuses on Account Management and Business Development to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Participates in significant client meetings and presentations to senior executives
  • Demonstrates Sales Leadership – adopting a strategic approach to deliver value for clients and enhance the company’s standing
  • Assists clients in crafting business cases and value propositions for proposed solutions
  • Collaborates with the Client Services Team and Executive Leadership Team throughout the sales process
  • Contributes to the development and positive experience of the sales team
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Professional services, Managed services, or solution sales
  • Proven history of successful client engagements across diverse enterprise-class sectors
  • Demonstrated success in selling to Fortune 100 companies
  • Strong foundation in strategic and tactical selling of solution-based offerings
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation capabilities
  • Driven to foster growth in a rapidly evolving corporate environment
